...overturn the previous judgment.? This matter is pertaining to payment settlement--part of the judgement was paid, but due to the economy, the judge in the case delayed the remainder of the payment, until matters improve. Can another court overturn the previous decision.
 
maybe but i dout it, part of a payment was made so, they are trying to pay it.,,,,,,
