In a court, which of these 2 offences would be given a harsher penalty?

Scenario 1: Man breaks into maternity ward at hospital and rapes 5 newborn babies (which obviously die)

Scenario 2: Man murders 10 people on the street (and obviously doesn't get shot by police as he makes it to court)


Bit weird I know, but I'm not sure since the first one seems so much more morally wrong.
