the parents live in different states? The Mother now lives in Louisiana and the father is stationed in Georgia though still a legal resident of Indiana. The father wants to take the mother to court over custody of the kids.
In which state would be best to have the hearing in, and if not in the state the father now resides in, which state would be best to find an attorney in?
