people really...? ...take him seriously? ...
like many talk show personalities... Howard Stern, Rush Limbaugh, and a host of others including news reporters... pastors and such... all have made a lot of off color remarks that they have had to retract... with Imus... he's never going to stop saying what comes off the top of his head... why give it media coverage? doesn't that add fuel to the fire..? everyone doesn't think the way he does... so why do they take him seriously and give his remarks so much publicity... it's almost as if he's not getting enough media attention and ratings are down... time to make a controversial remark and get back in the lime light... is he truly remorseful? or doing this on purpose for ratings? why does the media waste their time magnifying these people..? are they concerned that the comments would influence the lawmakers in establishing guidelines for public policies?
