Whenever i ride the stationary bike, after only like 10min my leg muscles (the ones above my knee) are burning so freakin' bad....I have like no leg strength for biking! I still pull thru and do the entire 45min cycling class, but it's basically hell! How long will it take for this to get better/what can I do to make my legs able to withstand this?
