Importing samsung Contacts to Nokia N73

Hi guys,

Im trying to export my contacts from my old phone, samsung SGH-E720 to my new Nokia N73.

Ive expoted my contacts using Samsung PC Studio II, the result a *.esb file. However i have no idea how to impot them to my N73. Nokia pc suite seems not to have an import funtion? Also probably does not recognise this file type?

Any advice pointers would be great

easiest thing to do is use MS Outlook. If you can get your Samsung contacts in there, PC Suite will read from there and write them to your N73.

Hi Rcadden, thanks for the time to reply.

Unfortunately Samsungs 'fantastic' software does not allow you sync with outlook, only export to *.esb

Hmmm. You may try importing that .esb into Excel or something, I don't know. Never heard of a .esb file.

actually, try this:

open a blank excel spreadsheet, go to data, import data, import external data. now browse to that .esb file and import that. see if that works
