Important question concerning transcripts and the military!?

My recruiter needs my high school transcript for proof that I've taken some classes. I have my transcript, but it's in a sealed envelope. Does my recruiter need it unopened in the sealed envelope or just my transcript paper? The envelope says "unofficial if seal is broken"

I haven't seen my high school grades in years and was hoping to check them out.
 
If I were you I would ask the recruiter to make a copy to give to you. The envelope should remain sealed so he knows they haven't been tampered with. It isn't secret and he should be glad to make you a copy.
