...circumstances? 1. i was wondering, in the state of massachusetts, is for you to move out?
i thought you could go to court and testify against your parents to be able to move out earlier than the age of eighteen.
2. at both of my houses (my parents are divorced) there is a lot of stress. my mom is an alcoholic, she used to beat me when i was younger, we have very bad trust issues with each other, we dont understand each other, she pays no attention to me what so ever because she is always on the phone with one of her boyfriends (one of them is married with a kid!), ect. what could i testify against her? neglect maybe? anything else?
3. my dad is in a bunch of debt, he has had two ex wifes and several live in girlfriends, his current girlfriend is his old best friends daughter who is 24 and my dad is 46, he is very close minded and doesnt listen, he always goes out to play sports or go to bars and parties, ect. anything i could say to defend my case there?
im saving up to get an apartment to hopefully be able to rent with friends and am currently looking for a job. i plan to stay in school and probably go to college (depending on the career i decide on) and get my drivers license and whatnot.
4. depending on the amount of money i have at the time i am able to move out (if i dont have enough) i plan to live at friends houses until i can find my own apartment. would that be acceptable and could i mention that in my case?
oh, and right now i am only 15.
thanks in advance to all who answer. you are really helping me out here.
