My wife (this is her account I signed on to in case you're wondering why this avatar is a girl lol) is notoriously terrible with cell phones, so when we both got a Motorola Droid 3 weeks ago we added insurance onto our plan for both our phones.
This morning she left the phone on the car and drove onto the freeway, destroying the phone. Grrrrr....
Here are my questions:
Does insurance cover this?
Can I do anything with the 30-day trial period?
What are my options?
We haven't recovered the destroyed phone, but I'm sure we can look for it if need be. Thanks so much for your helpl.
