i was wondering if it is possible to bring in a Russian VOLGA 3102 car, with no engine and transmission or anything, basically with an empty hood, and have it put together with toyota or honda engine and other parts. Is that possible and if it is, what kind of costs am i looking at, considering that i want the car to be ready for daily use, not counting the cost of getting the bare car to the US, more specifically to Los Angeles.
BTW, what if the car is from late 70s., wouldnt it be considered a classic and not require all those standards
