D Danzinar New member Sep 3, 2010 #3 Korea uses CDMA mostly. These phones can or rather used to work on VZW. Years ago, when I had VZW, I used to import phones from Korea and activate them on VZW. VZW later changed their policy and simply will not activate phones they do not sell.
