Im a US Citizen. My husband got deported to Albania this past March. I have to write an extreme hardship waivor/letter that gets granted so He can come back to be w/me.
My mother was an ex cancer patient with demenita after her surgery. Thats the basis of the hardship bc I cannot go to his country bc my mom needs my help and care.
However my husband descied to go stay in Italy instead of albania. He is illegal there.
1) I traveled to see him in italy, Will immigration see that I went to italy if i dont tell them? How? And are you Certain ???
2) Will ICE know he left albania if we dont tell them?
By ICE i mean whomever reads and approves the hardship waiver.
