IMessenger with group chat and push?

hello peoples.
I have ipod touch 1st generation 3.0 and jailbroken

All i want is an instant messenger with push notifications AND group chat, like when you invite people into the current chat.

I've tried beejive and IM+ but they just think everyone is in a sperate chat room messaging me.

any suggestions? I dont care if you have to pay....
