i have the newer imac, and am upstairs with it, in my room. we have a printer that is connected to another hp desktop, and a hp laptop downstairs. both computers work with it. now everytime i print with my mac all that comes out is weird symbols and scripts. it sees the printer, and is listed in the printer list on my mac, but i do not understand why if it sees it and prints why doesnt it print the correct thing, in normal words??
if anyone knows what to do or some steps or any advice besides calling apple support itd be great
