I'm trying to install Windows XP on an iMac using Boot Camp. I've used the boot camp assistant to create a partition, I then follow the on screen instructions which tell me to insert the windows installation CD and click continue.
the windows installation starts, but when it gets to the point where it asks me to chose which partition I want to install it on, only the main OSX partition is listed, not the smaller one created by boot camp.
Does anybody know how I can solve this problem ?
(Just to preempt the apple purists, I know in an ideal world I should leave the iMac untouched and not sully it's all-round loveliness with windows, but I have a couple of applications that I have to run which are, unfortunately, windows only!)
