It's about a girl who lives in a world where everyone has magical powers and she is sent to a school for spies (well that's the first half of it) and I have a few questions:
1. Should I set it in modern time with technology and stuff? Would that work because I have magic?
2. SHould I make the girl be like from an elite group of people who possess magical powers and the government uses them to their advantage?
