I remember on NCIS once that someone said you can die of a salt overdose but it not be detected for some time after death and no obvious clues, and was thinking how would this work? i've had a look on the internet and it says too much salt can cause heart problems, so could having a weak heart and kidney failiure (esp if the dalysis machine/fluid if tampered with) potentially kill? if so, how would this be done, what would the body look like?
If one charecter was going to kill another by suffocating them with a pillow, how long would it take etc?would it be really obvious when the body's found what had happened, how it'd look like-would there be bruising around the mouth (i heard that once about when you suffocate)
also what happens at post-mortems? how do they tell what happened? is it just police who deal with death/murder or like FBI or summin? and is it the same in france? can normal people have a look at bodies etc cos its a normal girl who's doing all the investigating?
