Recently I've been experiencing strange back pains mostly from my neck to the bottom of my shoulder blades. They come and go quickly but have been going on for about a month. Also recently it feels like something is trapped in the back of my throat, like a pill, even if I haven't eaten or drunk anything that day. However when I talk it feels fine, I don't have a sore throat or anything.
Are these symptoms of something or will it go away in time? Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
I've also been eating less lately, it might be loss of appetite or just me being scarred that when I do the feeling in my throat will get worse or stronger. I'm also a couple months shy of 14, so I think it's odd I'm experiencing back pain for what seems to be no reason. Its very short sharp pains.
Please Help, I don't know if I should blow this off or see a doctor.
