Before I started working out a ton, I was 120 pounds at 5' 8" and I'm almost 19 years old. I have been working out 7 to 8 times a week usually for about an hour each time, I'm eating around 1100 to 1200 calories a day. within the first month I gained 11 pounds I'm on my third month now and I'm at 131 and I look bigger! Not good. I'm getting really frustrated. I want to be in shape and small how do I do this???
