Basically I've started to get unfit. I'm gonna start eating healthily and start going on bike rides e.g to and from college and occasionally in my own time. I'd be riding on roads and off roads a bit. Can anyone suggest any decent bikes for this i have a budget of up to £200 if that's possible. Thanks.
