I'm with Verizon and need a new phone. What is the best Verizon phone and why?

I currently own a Blackberry Curve 8330 and want a new phone. It doesn't have to be a Blackberry. Just wondering what the best phone is that Verizon currently offers and why.

I know that they are also coming out with the iPhone soon, but I have reservations about buying that since I already own an iPod Touch and it might be a pointless purchase.
