okay so my mom signed us up for the rogers family plan and im so confused. my sister and i have an HTC Desire C and that phone sucks! dont ever get it! Anyway i want to get an iphone 4s but apparently i cant switch the phone. My mom said that we have to wait till the three year plan is up before we can switch phones.. is that true or can i switch the phone whenever & does it cost money to switch??
