Im very tall, want a bike, help? harley?

I know very little about motorcycles, i only recently started to really really want one, i love the look of the harley sportster , the softtail and the vrod (the chrome old-school-ish look), id want to get a sportster 883 being that its really cheap in comparison to other motorcycles i like, and is a great deal in general i think, my worry is... im 6 ft 7 and 270 lbs, im a large man, will the sportster 883 look awkward on me (because its too small)? any suggestions/advice would be appreciated
