I wasn't home when the technician came to the house and set everything up, and when I did get home, no one told me that I couldn't run my Xbox 360 into the TV from the "Component" plugs on the side of the TV. When I did and switched the TV input to "Component 2," my Xbox worked. When I switched back to watch cable, however, the Phios wouldn't come back on screen. My set top box has power to it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
I'm using a Vizio TV with Verizon Phios TV service.?
