I just downloaded the software to itunes and restarted my computer. Now when I go to update my phone it shows "sync in progress" on my iphone and "backing up iphone" on my computer but the bar shows next to no progress after a long time. I don't understand why it's taking so long. I have over half my 16G free. Any suggestions ?
I'm trying to update my iphone 3gs with the new iOs5 software. Why does it keep saying "backing up"?
