Im trying to sync my Storm with iTunes. HELP!?

[LAUGH AND LOVE!!!]

When I try and run Blackberry Media Sync it says "the blackberry installation failed to initialize. Please run the Blackberry Manager Desktop with administrative privalges and try again."

what do i do HELP!
