About 12 years ago (I was around 6) I watched this movie and the only thing I remember is when these two men in radioactive type suits were reaching towards a dog (I believe it was a blond dog such as a golden retriever or lab) when something under its back started moving and something black shot from him and into the helmet of one of the men. I think it had something to do with pipes or a sewer system? I wish I remembered more because I know I saw the whole thing. That part really bothered me though. I took a bath right afterward and was scared when the tub made a weird noise when I drained the water because I thought the black thing was in there. Please help?
