Here's as much as I remember:
This game was a real-time strategy game set in space. There were four races for sure, Nomads who were red, Humans who were blue, and two others... one of which whose race color was green and another who may have been yellow. You started off with a single ship which you could move and from inside it would have a smaller ship fly out and gather nearby resources. There were at least four resources to gather. I think a lot of the boundaries throughout the levels were something which looked like green rock. I used to play this on Windows 95, so I don't know whether anybody else would know what game this is.
