So I was 260 pounds and decided I need to lose weight, so I stopped eating only subway and really healthy food low calories and I walked and ran everyday. I trained and trained my running.and i ran my first 5k. I got down to 211 pounds, and I want to lose 30 more pounds but now i'm always hungry and always eating bad, too much sugar, not running much anymore. How can I fix this? I need help!!!
