This is what I ate today over the course of a couple of hours
1.sandwhich
2.(5) chicken nuggets
3.wheat toast with peanut butter
4.tuna fish tosta
5.(2) pieces of cheese
6. 2 cups water 3 cups milk
Exercise (10 pushes ups) (10 sit ups) (hour run)
Am I eating to much? Am I exercising right? I cant go to a gym! I have no exercise equipment! I ate all that food because people say to eat 6 small meals a day to lose weight. But I Feel like thats alot of food! Any tips or advise would be helpful. Oh I get up at 8am and dont eat after 4pm.
Im mexican theres no such thing as healthy food in this house I gotta take what I can get
