...the sand 5 days a week? I am also doing high knees, butt kicks, frog hops, side shuffle, and carioca in the sand as well. Also 5 days a week I am doing plyometrics like box jumps and stuff like that. I am on a weight training program that includes all the muscle groups like bench, dead-lifts. However I rarely do the bike now cause I feel that I am overtraining if I add that into my workout plan. Is what I am doing enough? Any suggestions for programs? Any help is appreciated?
