I'm trying to get a shooting camp started next year?

I visited a camp earlier this summer to teach them how to shoot air rifles. My son is a Boy Scout and I am an NRA Rifle Instructor as well as a Range Safety Officer. I have participated in several scouting shooting programs as a counselor.
The average kid today has a poor understanding of firearms. Video games and airsoft teach him that guns DON'T kill. Even scouts in Vermont had a hard time following directions, keep the muzzle pointed down range, get your finger off the trigger, etc I felt like a tape recorder. I can't imagine how a kid from Newark, Atlanta or Los Angeles would handle this.
I'd like to start a REAL program. The first week we work on drills for paying attention and following directions. Nobody even touches a gun. Then a week using pellet guns. If they prove to be ready, graduate to 22's. All the while building character, concentration and discipline. I know ex military. I know educators who need summer jobs. Kids need to get outside away from video games. Kids need to grow up and stop playing with toys.
My ideal camper comes to camp as an immature child, 3-4 weeks later he comes home as a disciplined, responsible young adult. A Masrksman too.
Do you think there is much of a market for such a place?
