I read a book a while back, when I was a teenager, and I remember loving it. But since then, I've lost the book and can't remember the name or the author.
From what I can remember of it, it was about a girl (who I think was an artist (maybe at college?)) and she met a strange woman, who asked her to make a very odd-looking necklace for her, if I remember correctly. At one point I think I remember a scene in a museum, but I could be getting mixed up with another book.
I have a strange feeling that the title began with a T, but I could be mistaken.
