im trying to download flash player but it keeps on saying close safari?

i x out of safari then click continue but it says the browser is still not closed.
 
your browser probably still is running after you press x, the best thing to do would be to press ctrl+alt+del, start the task manager, go to processes, find safari and press end process ;) Then you can install flash player :)
