I'm trying to cook chinese chicken fried rice?

but the recipe mentions a pinch of 'China salt/Ajinamoto'. I've never heard of this and I've reasearched this and cannot find any mention of this whatsoever. I'm in the UK so it well might be known by another name here.

Any help would be appreciated.
