Im trying to assemble my Ab Lounge, but I don't know where the 2 straps that say...

..."front" &" rear" go... The chair came together, but don't seem to know where these 2 straps with the chains go. This is giving me a headache. Someone gave it to me. I don't have an instructor's manual. Any Help???
 
The two bars that touch the ground should have a spot to hook the strapes. One for the front and on for the rear.
