I am wondering if low poundage weights might help...like maybe 3-5 pound ankle weights and some 5-10 pound weights for the hands...so that I can try to get a bit more strength in the muscles there. I don't want to build, or even tone, much, I just want the pain to go away.
Would be helpful to know what I could do for the back pain.
Sitting for a long time does not bother me...and walking is pretty okay mostly...but standing still or near still is agony. I usually end up having to grab onto or lean on something when standing, just to relieve some of the pain...so i am pretty sure the weigh is the biggest factor in my problem.
One other thing I have noticed lately is that my feet and ankles seem to swell up...especially the left side. right side not near as bad.
history of diabetes on dad's side...but only know one generation on dad's side since he is adopted. he died at age 52.
One other really weird symptom...well, its a bit tough to describe this, but...
well, i have a very difficult time holding in a number two...when i gotta go, it's like right now...and get bad cramps when i need to...and here's the part that goes with that...i feel very fatigued quite often...but, always...right after a number two...i am no longer fatigued.
Don't kno what this might have to do with anything, but i thought i would mention this.
