I'm too shy to dance at my sisters wedding! please help?

ok in our culture it's a tradition that almost everyone (usually young people) have to dance
my sister's fiancee's brothers are going to dance but im way too shy i dont wana dance. what should i do.. also i dont know how to dance. im 17
