First thing is, I'm paranoid with all things done on the internet that involves speaking with people I don't personally know. But, time to face the facts, I need a beta-reader. Any tips on confronting potential Beta's? I don't think it'd actually be wise to just waltz up and say "Yo, I'm a paranoid, ADD, border line agoraphobic, can you help me with my story?" would it? I mean I want these people to know what they are getting into but I'm really freaked out about even searching for one. I've never been good at approaching someone to ask for something. Someone please help?
