I'm too broke to join a gym and I need to lose weight. Help!?

I'm 5'2" and I weigh 140 lbs, and I feel like my fat is so unevenly distributed. It looks like I have a protruding 6 pack of fat and I hate it. According to a BMI calculator I'm overweight, but only by a small amount. I want to stop getting bigger before it gets too hard to manage. I've been doing pilates 4 days a week and run/walking the other 3 days. I'm too broke to join a gym, so I'm thinking of picking up ice skating again to get more exercise. I also love food way too much, especially the greasy kind. If you have any suggestions for how to drop like 15 pounds please post it! I'm tired of seeing new stretch marks. I know people have it worse than I do with weight problems, and I don't mean to insult them. I just want to nip this in the bud.
