i'm 17 a female and sexualy active.
About 5 days ago i woke up with sharp pains in my stomach (it felt like somone was stabbing me.. it hurt that much)
the next morning the pains were gone and i recieved a cold.
then 3 days ago i started vomiting and had diarrhea (gastro or food poising i assume)
and yesterday i thought it had finished.. i still felt a little sick but i didnt vommit.
tonight i have just started vomitting again...
What is wrong with me.. is it just gastro.

This isn't pregnancy related is it? my boyfriend ejaculated in me once but it was during my period (i do not bleed at nights so it wasn;t disgusting) this was about 15 days ago.. i do not believe that this has got to do with my gastro like symtoms but i just wanted to add every detail.
