I currently have T-mobile which I am not happy with at all. The customer service is terrible and I was supposed to originally be paying 118 for 2 lines and it is now costing me 150 a month. Everytime I call I get the exact same response. If I call customer service they tell me to go to the store and ask. If I go inside the T-mobile store they tell me to call customer service. Up to now I still have no idea why they are charging me so much. This is why I want to go to another carrier so could you all please help me out? Which carrier do you think is best Verizon or Sprint? Have you had problems with either of those?
I'm thinking of switching carriers. Which is better Sprint or Verizon?
