I saw some job ads for a sales position on the radio. I think the descriptions doesn't adequately explain what one does in Sales for the radio. Do you create advertisements or do cold calls only? It seems to be commission, does anyone know how much commission I could expect to make?
If it matters the Sales position was for a Boston radio station. Lastly, how do I know if I'll be any good? Are sales of some kind guaranteed for all people or does it just depend on how good you are of a sales person?
I hope no one thinks my questions are stupid (it's 1am as I type this too!) and that I get some answers. Any information will be much appreciated.
