I'm thinking about going into the Army?

I am 19 years old and I am pretty sure what I want to do is be a Drama Teacher...however, I am so confused with my life right now, I just moved to Florida from Texas and before I left I considered going into the Army...I haven't really thought of it anymore until now...I was wondering if anybody had any thoughts or experience with it...I know you get great benefits, your doing something great for the country, you meet so many people that stay in your life...but I have always dreamed of having a family of my own and being home to make dinner and breakfast and all of that...I could really just use some insight...
