...start the dance thisweek whatdo i do? ok so im teaching a dance class at my homeschool co-op and they have NO experience what so ever. I tried asking my dance teacher, that didnt help any.....and i have to start the dance this week (TMRW) and I dont know what to do, i tried teaching them easy stuff but their that bad... but for them everythings to hard. AHH help me!!!
 
You need to teach them how to be stronger before you teach them simple technique because they need core stability, work them really hard, add triceps dips, leg kicks (on all fours, kicking one leg to the side), sit ups, make sure u make them run around the studio first and do things shouting out right hand on the floor and they'll bang it on the floor, if one stops tell them you'll make them do it all again, its hard work but they need core stability, and then do simple things, well it depends what sort of dancing your teaching, if its ballet do so sautes in first and second, changments etc.
