im tall 6'8" and i want a motorcycle, a sports bike any suggestions?

If you have money the BMW GS series.
Duel sports fit us tall freaks.

Sportbikes are for shorter people.

The most comfortable I found are the Yamaha FJ1100-1200 1300

What I have done in the past is , buy a beat up saddle on ebay, and have it custom made so the lip is 5-6" further back. Fotget a passanger spot. When your that tall, no room for the Beeeaach.
 
im 18 and have never riden before so i need something i wont kill myself on but i don t want it to look like a gay scooter, somethiin bad ass
 
I'm 6'5" and have a Valkyrie. That may be a little too much to handle for you at this time.

I had an Honda ACE 1100 and I put the Jardine forward controls. That pushed the foot pegs forward about 8 inches. It was very strange at first since I was used to having my knees jacked up to my chin, but later I loved it.

Look for forward controls for a cruiser of your choice. They may make some.
 
I'm 6' 4" tall and I have only been comfortable on a big cruiser. I make a harley electraglide look like a moped. As far as looks go, you need a stretched custom frame. Sitting on bikes at a dealership is not the same as riding one for an extended period of time.
The Triumph rocket is an extremely large bike. It's fast enough to keep up with sportbikes (it's faster than a Boss Hoss!). Just remember, speed=death. I'm 38 years old, and have ruled out the rocket because I know it will kill me. You may not look right on it, or anything for that matter, but it offers plenty of room with excellent performance.
