im taking vit A for acne and its worked amazing, i started taking 50,000 ius and i also take 1000 mg of b-5 i also take acidopholous and my severe cystic acne is gone, i have a couple cysts that are still healing but i am so glad i did this. i have taken accutane 3 times and loved it, but im 35 now and tired of dermatologist wasting my time and money. i hope this can help someone else :) :) :)
