now i have done technical support and im a real easy learner. you have to pass the test in order to get the position i took the test before and failed, i got a 70%. im not really familiar with mac computers. its a open source test so you can go anywhere online to find info. its asks questions like how to change screen resolution and display. color brightness, questions about widgets, just anything you can think of etc.... does anyone know a good website were i can go to find endless answers online while im taking this test?
