I had a piece of roast beef in the fridge for a couple of days ( raw), and my family weren't home to have it for dinner- so I cooked it Wednesday night anyway, and just put it in fridge.
Today's Friday, and I'm thinking of using it tonight- maybe just cold or something?
I think it would still be alright?
