...parts of my body...? Calves- (i would like thicker calves!)
Butt- (A more round and bigger butt)
There's so many machines at the gym that I dont want to look stupid and use them wrong and I cant seem to find any that specifically target calves either.
I'm doing a lot of cardio and ab workouts because I want to lose my stomach fat but at the same time i would like to tone my lower body because my legs are thin and i have a small butt, so I'm trying to even out my body.
tips and suggestions would be nice!
